How to Buy Land – Step by Step Instructions

Step 1. Choose your property

Choosing your property is the most important step in the buying process. Ask questions, call the county, and inspect the property before you commit. All properties at are sold “as-is” and all information provided is to the best of our knowledge.

Step 2. Buy the Property

Fill out the “Buyer’s Application” on the property page. At this time, you can pay the down payment or the total amount of the property via debit or credit card.

Step 3. Sign the Documents

Within 24 hours of receiving the information from the Buyer’s Application, you will receive the documents via email using to sign digitally. (We can also mail the documents, if needed.) This packet will include your Land Contract, Promissory Note, and Purchase Sale Agreement. Once you sign the documents digitally we will set you up on automatic payments. Once you pay off your note, we will issue your Warranty Deed along with other paperwork required by the County.

If it was a cash transaction, we will also prepare the Deed and necessary paperwork to file at the County.
